Description: VWR was looking for a way to enhance customer experience, retention and overall brand awareness. Offering customer loyalty was found to be the answer.

Goal: Deliver a solution which rewards customers for making purchases from VWR.

Solution: AppGear helped the client to define a B2B loyalty strategy consisting of a web-based redemption store and a point tracking engine integrated with VWR’s back office systems. Integration allowed for tracking of purchases acquired from various distribution systems (web-store, recurring, phone, etc.), resulting in accurate point assignment for customers registered in the VWR loyalty program. Customers are set-up for manual or automated point assignments based on their purchases and customer profiles within VWR. Acquired points can be redeemed for products in the custom VWR Loyalty store. Entire system is turn-key and includes a management portal which provides VWR with self-management capabilities which include customer management, reporting and product management for the loyalty system.
